Absolutely! We won't book any other guests into the Spa during your Whole House stay. You'll have access to the Spa between 7am-10pm daily. Please note you'll have access to the Spa until 10:30am on your check-out day to ensure the Spa Pool and room can be thoroughly cleaned for the next guests.

You will receive a payment link within 48 hours of your check-in. We will pre-authorise this card for £500 to cover any damages incurred at the property during your stay. Following our property check, you'll receive this back within 48 hours of check-out, subject to any deductions. For full details, please see our Terms of Service:

We have a 2 night minimum stay for Friday and Saturday. We'd be happy to accommodate your booking Sunday-Thursday night, although we don't typically advertise these on our website. Please contact us for more information on a mid-week stay.

We include 1 basket of fire wood to use in the open fire and fire pit. If you require more there's a garage 3 miles who sell this and charcoal if you plan to use the BBQ.

Absolutely! We just require a copy of their Public Liability Insurance ahead of your stay for our records.
